The audible tick of my Snuza Hero or Go! is switching itself on.

Make sure the Snuza Hero or GO! is OFF, then switch the monitor ON by pressing the ON/OFF button. Did the Snuza Hero or Go! switch ON?
Press the ON/OFF button and then press the MODE/OFF button. Did the Snuza Hero or Go! turn OFF?

The audible tick feature was activated. The Audible tick can be activated or deactivated by pressing the MODE/OFF button. Refer to your manual under Settings on the Audible tick for more information and usage.

I cannot switch my Snuza Hero or Go! OFF

To switch the Snuza Hero or Go! OFF you need to press the ON/OFF and MODE/OFF buttons simultaneously. Are you pressing both buttons to switch the Snuza Hero or Go! OFF?
Are there any physical damage to the buttons?
Any damage to the monitor would cause the devise not to function correctly. The guarantee does not cover the battery, incorrect application, tampering, misuse or transport damage. For more information refer to the twelve month guarantee.

To switch the monitor off press the ON/OFF and MODE/OFF button simultaneously. A shutdown tone will be heard.

The alarm period cannot be changed on the device.

There are two versions of Snuza monitors. Do you have a Snuza Hero (with blue/purple sensor tip)?
You can't change the alarm period on the Snuza Hero model. Refer to your Snuza Hero user manual for "Quick Start Guide" on how to use the device.
Refer to the Snuza Go! user manual under "Alarm activation period" for instructions on how to set the alarm period.

My Snuza Hero or Go! is completely dead, even with a new battery.

My Snuza Hero or Go! no longer makes any noise or alarms.

Remove the battery and press the ON/OFF button while the battery is out. Place the battery back into the Snuza Hero or Go!. Do not switch the unit ON. Does the Snuza Hero or Go! start alarming with the battery light flashing red?
Replace the battery if the Snuza Hero or Go! has been used extensively for a long period of time. If the battery has recently been replaced contact a Representative if the Hero or Go! is still under the 12 month guarantee. Go to contact us page and complete the form on the website

The Snuza Hero has activated the Arouse Warning . Refer to your manual "Arouse Warning Section" for more information.

Switch the Snuza Hero or Go! ON. Gently touch the sensor tip with your finger. The response should be a green or orange flash from the Movement Indicator Light. Is the Snuza Hero or Go! responding correctly?

There are two versions of Snuza monitors. Do you have a Snuza Hero (with blue/purple sensor tip)?
Place your Hero down on a hard service for 15 seconds. Did it vibrate after 15 seconds?
If movement is not detected for longer than 15 seconds, the unit will vibrate and the Movement Indicator light will flash red. Refer to your user manual under the "Quick Start Guide" for more information on how to use your Snuza Hero.

Has the battery been replaced recently?
Press the ON/OFF and MODE/OFF buttons simultaneously to switch your Snuza Hero or Go! OFF. Switch the Snuza Hero or Go! ON. Does the Battery Indicator light flash green on start up?
If your Battery Indicator light flashes green then your battery is still ok for use. Refer to Manual under "Operation" for more information.
If your Battery Indicator light flashes orange or red then your battery should be replaced. If the battery has recently been replaced and the Snuza Hero or Go! is still under the twelve month guarantee contact Customer Care by completing the contact us page on the website www.snuza.com
